What do you do at Magna? 

Provide DMS support to our customers 

How have you arrived at this point in your career? 

Started work as a service receptionist in a dealership and went from there to work at Kerridge, which became ADP and then Keyloop. I took some time out of the Automotive Industry to support other technologies but found myself lured back to work for Magna. 

What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job? 

My knowledge and personality. 

What do you like about working at Magna? 

The ethos and the people around me. 

What are the values that drive you? 

Customer Satisfaction. 

What is something in your industry that you deal with that you want to fix? 

Knowledge Transfer.

Friendly and approachable. 

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? 

Looking after my daughter and running.
