What do you do at Magna?
I look after the learning arm of Magna and deliver training to our customers based on the retailer’s need. I create training courses or sessions virtually and in the physical space that are engaging and informative.
How have you arrived at this point in your career?
I trained as a primary school teacher at university and decided I was too young to take responsibility of so many children. I landed myself in the automotive industry selling electric cars working for Nissan and Tesla until finding the software services side of the industry and combined my knowledge and skills into becoming a trainer.
What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?
I’m passionate about learning and gaining knowledge. I break down barriers to learning and engage people.

What are the values that drive you?
Passion, enthusiasm and a drive to further my own development and the development of others.
What is something in your industry that you deal with that you want to fix?
Gender prejudices and imbalance.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
Getting out and about with my 2 French bulldogs and my baby boy, showing him the world.
