This is Lee, a Senior Aftersales Process Consultant who has been with Magna for 2 ½ years. 

What do you do at Magna? 

Aftersales & Business Consultancy. 

How have you arrived at this point in your career? 

I started as a parts back counter lad many years ago, progressing to regional parts manager. I then moved to a consultancy role within the DMS team with a large retailer group before moving to the DMS Software provider to provide systems consultancy throughout the world. Magna gave me the opportunity to continue that role with the ability to learn new skills and develop myself further with a whole range of opportunities within the Automotive sector. 

What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job? 

Experience and a thorough understanding of the Automotive industry from regular user through to consultant. 

What do you like about working at Magna? 

I love to help, I get that opportunity every single day and I feel appreciated which makes it all worthwhile. 

What are the values that drive you? 

Honesty, integrity and reliability. Within my role I can be honest when trying to help and advise. If what our customers are trying to do doesn’t look or sound right we can advise honestly and try to solve the challenge. People need to know they can contact me and I will always do my best to help them, they know they will get a call back. 

How do you think your colleagues would describe you? 

You wouldn’t be able to print that 😊 😊. 

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? 

I like DIY and detailing my car. 

What’s your favourite film/ TV series? 

I like to watch car TV shows such as Wheeler Dealers and Car SOS. 

Favourite tipple 

I don’t really drink although I quite like a skittle bomb very occasionally.
