We have an excellent opportunity available for four motivated Best Advice Specialists to join our team. As a Best Advice Specialist, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. 
 
You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time. You will also have the ability to give the best advice on our products and services to our customers. This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.

MET Bodyshop Technicians - 2 Positions, Standard Hours  MET Bodyshop Technicians - 2 Positions, Twilight Shift: 5pm to 1.30am Monday to Friday 

As a MET Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs on vehicles. You must have the ability to competently carry out repairs to a high level of quality in set timescales. You will remove and refit mechanical and electrical trims/panels/components on vehicles and ensure the repairs are to a very high standard. 
 
MET Technicians can work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service. 

Bodyshop Estimator 

As a Bodyshop Estimator you work with a fantastic team in delighting our customers and getting it right the first time. 
Your role will include :- 
• To be the initial interface with the customer for all accident repair enquiries 
• To inspect customer vehicles and provide an initial quotation for repair 
• Organise and book all repair work within the Bodyshop 
• Organise customer loan cars in conjunction with Bodyshop 
• Liaise with Customers, Insurance Companies, and service providers to ensure all financial and repair formalities are effectively completed to the satisfaction of all parties 
• Inspect repaired vehicles on return to the retailer to ensure quality of workmanship 
• Take opportunities to promote and provide additional Company services and products 
 
This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service. 

Panel Technicians - 2 Positions, Standard Hours  Panel Bodyshop Technicians - 2 Positions, Twilight Shift: 5pm to 1.30am Monday to Friday 

Our client currently has a great opportunity available for a Panel Technician to join our talented team. 
 
As a Panel Tech, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs on vehicles. You must have the ability to competently carry out repairs to a high level of quality in set timescales. You will remove and refit Mechanical and Electrical Trims/panels/components on vehicles and ensure the repairs are to a very high standard. 

Apprentice Bodyshop Technician 

We have an exciting opportunity available for an Apprentice Bodyshop Technician to join a talented team. 
 
As an Apprentice Technician, you will learn how to carry out cosmetic repairs to the high standards of the BMW brand. You will be working in a busy BMW workshop during your apprenticeship and can work on the latest cars, ultimately leading to the ability to undertake cosmetic repairs, paint, alloy wheel refurbishment and general cosmetic maintenance activities on vehicles once fully qualified. 
 
Your apprenticeship training will take place over a 3-year period and will compromise of classroom and workshop-based learning. You will also receive the support from a mentor who will oversee the work-based learning programme. 

Parts Advisors - 2 Positions 

As a Parts Advisor, you will demonstrate a 'One Team' approach, and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers/suppliers. You will ensure that all requests are dealt with promptly, and support and assist colleagues and customers with parts identification, searching and sourcing. 
 
You will also ensure that the parts stock room is well maintained, and stock levels are managed, by taking responsibility for the ordering and selling of a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories. 
 
 
Parts Advisors can work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service. 

Apprentice Parts Advisor 

You will be trained to manage stock and perform all duties pertaining to a parts department and helping to maximise the profitability and efficiency of an aftersales team; this will include interaction with the workshop, body shop and sales teams and directly with the public. 
 
All BMW Apprentices attend the BMW Group Academy UK in Berkshire for their off-the-job training. There are very few Customer Service Apprenticeships in the motor industry and the BMW programme is regarded as being the leader in delivering the ultimate customer experience. This apprenticeship will have a strong focus on the retail environment and the high customer service expectations of our customers. The training takes place over a twelve month period in the form of classroom sessions delivered at the BMW Group Academy UK in Berkshire. 
 
Candidates will follow a nationally recognised diploma in customer service, achieving a level two qualification and includes the courses for BMW Parts Advisor Certification. 
 
During the time spent at with our client, a mentor will be allocated to oversee the work-based learning programme. A BMW representative will also visit on a 12 weekly basis to set performance targets and ensure any development needs are being met.
